HVAC Upgrade
Fraser completed a heat conversion in January 2011 at the Lower Falls Community Center in Newton. The mechancial room upgrade consisted of converting from conventional steam heat to operating with high efficiency forced hot water condensing boilers by replacing the existing cast iron steam units with two Lochinvar Knight KBN condensing gas boilers. The community center is up to par for all future events!
