Building Expansion
It almost sounds like the start of a joke: so this pharmaceutical company full of exacting scientists needed some help. But they had a serious challenge. They were building a 200,000 ft2 addition to an existing building and wanted to tie the new systems to the old – in a penthouse about 25% too small. Oh, and they wanted it showroom perfect with easy access to everything.
We pride ourselves on delivering the impossible, so we 3-D modeled all the systems for the entire addition to figure out clashes on paper, instead of in the building. Then set about replicating it in aluminum, copper, iron and steel. And, as requested, it fit.
