In July 1950, Mr. & Mrs. Lester Fraser, Sr. founded Fraser Engineering, Inc. They believed good people, hard work, and creative problem solving were a winning combination for customer satisfaction. And they were right.

In the 60+ years – and two additional generations of Fraser leadership since –  that formula has helped us grow into one of the largest, most diverse contracting and service companies around. Our people are the best in the business: smart, talented and creative. That helps them do the best work – and consequently, has helped us earn our reputation for excellence.

Because our success is due to our employees, it’s fitting that January 1, 2003 Fraser Engineering became an employee-owned company. Many of our people have been with us more than a decade. Some are even second generation. This kind of dedication is unusual in our business – and employee-ownership only deepens our commitment at all levels.

Now, newly recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) in General Contracting under the leadership of our third generation of Frasers, we’re poised for even greater growth in the years to come.
